Hunt developed Westgate Courtyards, located in Santa Maria, California, in 2004 as an apartment complex consisting of 204 units, 102 two-bedroom and 102 three-bedroom units. The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, recreation center and numerous "tot lots". As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as property manager of this project.
