Hunt developed Tigua Village, located in El Paso, Texas, in 2001 as an apartment complex consisting of 186 units (46 one-bedroom and 140 two-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
