Sunland Towne Center is a 302,821 square foot shopping center located on a 30- acre parcel in El Paso, Texas. The development consists of three main "inline" retail buildings and two pad sites. Major tenants include, but are not limited to, Target, Best Buy, K-Mart, Circuit City, Office Max, Petsmart, and the Mattress Firm.
Hunt developed and constructed the center in 1995 and owned and managed the property until its sale in 2004.
