Hunt developed Sterlingshire Apartments, located in Houston, Texas, in 2003. Consisting of 200 units (72 one-bedroom, 80 two-bedroom, and 48 three-bedroom units), the project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
