Hunt developed Red Hills Villas Apartments, located in Round Rock, Texas, in 2002 as an apartment complex consisting of 168 units (36 one-bedroom, 84 two-bedroom, and 48 three-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
