Hunt developed Merrit Place Estates, located in Florida City, Florida, in 2004 as an apartment complex consisting of 159 units (2 two-bedroom, 78 three-bedroom and 79 four-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
