OVERVIEW
Hunt developed the Franklin Place Townhomes, located in El Paso, Texas, in 1999. Consisting of 96 units (48 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom units), the project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, and clubhouse. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
