OVERVIEW
The Air Force Academy, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a military housing privatization project. Hunt’s responsibilities included the construction of 34 new homes, rehabilitation of 2 historically significant homes, renovation of 299 homes, and demolition of 1,114 existing homes. Hunt served as developer and general contractor on the project and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years.
