Colinas Del Sol is a residential development located in El Paso, Texas. Hunt developed this property in three phases. The first phase consisted of 336 apartment-style units with country club amenities, such as a resort scale swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, tennis courts and meticulously manicured grounds. This phase was completed in 1995 and immediately achieved full occupancy. Realizing the success that existed in the original development, Hunt and its 1/3 partner, Bohannon Development Corporation, launched a second phase of development consisting of 260 apartment-style units, with a full amenity package. Phase 2 was completed and achieved full occupancy in 1997. In 1999 Hunt launched Phase 3 of the development. This phase consists of 156 units in a mixture of town homes and apartments in a "gated compound" condition. Phase 3 was completed in the fall of 2000. Hunt served as the asset manager of this property until its sale in 2006.
